Discipleship

Discipleship

Matthew 28:18-20 “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen”

Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Sprit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: Against such there is no law”

Philippians 4:9 “Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.”

1.                  Be available

2.                  Be real

3.                  Love unconditionally

4.                  Listen to them

Our goal is to bring them to a point where they can make a decision to live for God for their self that includes repentance, water baptism by immersion in Jesus’ name, the infilling of the Holy Ghost evidenced by speaking in other tongues as the Spirit of God gives the utterance, and living a holy life applying the guidance of the scriptures to our living.
